We are contacting you to advise that we will be performing operating system level patching across all clusters over the next month.
The patching will require a rolling restart of each cluster, however this will be completed without loss of quorum for all Cassandra and Kafka clusters using RF3, RF2 would experience a brief downtime. For Production clusters running Spark, you will receive a further notification prior to patching to confirm a specific maintenance window. The schedule for this routine maintenance will be undertaken from midnight UTC as follows, if there is any change to the schedule an update email will be sent.
