OS Patching for Production clusters will occur on the week of Feb 08-Feb 12, 2020 UTC.
If your cluster is configured for high availability as per following then it shouldn't experience any downtime: Cassandra - RF3 and clients configured with CL local_quorum and retry policies. Kafka- topics RF3 Redis - at least one replica for fail-over ElasticSearch- minimum of 2 replica shards on all indexes
For Production clusters running Spark, you will receive a further notification prior to patching to confirm a specific maintenance window.
Developer class clusters (eg. t2 size) were completed on Jan 19- Jan 22, 2020 UTC Non-production clusters in progress from Jan 25 - Jan 29, 2020 UTC
You would have received Ticket notifications with the schedule a couple of weeks ago. Please respond to these notifications or raise a new request if you have any concerns or questions.
