Update

We are contiuning to review the ongoing incident. At this stage it does appear to be related to issues with AWS region eu-central-1.

Will provide further updates as they become available.

Investigating

We are noticing issues (nodes not reachable) on a handful of clusters in AWS Frankfurt region. We suspect this could be an AWS issue. We are are continuing to review if the nodes are auto recovering.

There is no status page on the AWS side just yet.
