Instaclustr will performing disruptive maintenance commencing Monday, 25-Nov-2019 at 3:00 a.m. UTC (Sunday, 24-Nov, 7:00 p.m. PST) for up to 2 hours. This maintenance will cause an outage to the Instaclustr Console and API. Monitoring data and provisioning services available through the API and Console will not be available during the maintenance period. Instaclustr’s internal monitoring will continue to operate through the maintenance and our support team will respond to any issues as per normal operations.
This maintenance is to upgrade a key component of Instaclustr’s management infrastructure and would last for up to two hours.
Customer clusters will continue to operate normally during this time and support will be available as normal through the support portal and email (firstname.lastname@example.org
