We've successfully upgraded 90% of the fleet and expect to complete the remaining by the end of this week (7th June). We thank you for you're continued patience and apologise any inconvenience this delay might have caused.

There have been slight delays completing the rollout across PRODUCTION clusters. It is expected the rollout will continue to the remaining PRODUCTION clusters in the coming week.

Instaclustr will be undertaking routine OS upgrades across our managed fleet. Individual instances (nodes) will be rebooted in a rolling fashion. No overall impact on service availability is expected for clusters with RF3 (or higher) configured on keyspaces.
Customers running Spark will be individually notified of scheduled restart times.
The schedule for this routine maintenance will be undertaken from midnight UTC as follows:
All Developer class clusters (eg. t2 size): April 17, 2019 - April 19, 2019 UTC All remaining NON_PRODUCTION clusters: April 23, 2019 - April 26, 2019 UTC All PRODUCTION clusters: May 6, 2019 - May 10, 2019 UTC All Spark clusters: As per agreed maintenance window.
