We will be performing disruptive maintenance which will cause an outage to the Instaclustr Console and API. This activity will not impact availability of customer clusters.
Monitoring data and provisioning services available through the API and Console will not be available during the maintenance period. Instaclustr’s internal monitoring will continue to operate through the maintenance and our support team will respond to any issues as per normal operations. Instaclustr account owners were informed of this outage via email from Instaclustr Support on 4-Dec-2018.
The maintenance is expected to last for up to two hours.
Customer clusters will continue to operate normally during this time and support will be available as normal through the support portal (support.instaclustr.com) and email (firstname.lastname@example.org
