We will be deploying an upgrade to the Instaclustr console application which will require a restart of the service. The service is expected to be unavailable for up to 1/2 hour in the specified period.

Identified - Our underlying provider Zendesk is experiencing an outage which is affecting our support portal. This has resulted in delayed email to our support address.
